I'm Lisa, nutrition coach, age-group triathlete and outdoor adventure enthusiast.
Bee Wild embodies my approach to nutrition 'food as information'. Everything we consume is giving our bodies instructions on how to function. Thinking about food in this way gives us a view of nutrition that goes beyond calories or grams, good foods or bad foods. This helps us to focus on foods we should include rather than foods to exclude.
