How does coaching work?
After your initial contact, we'll set up a video call to explore your goals and expectations from nutrition coaching. You maybe asked to complete a short food diary to help establish your existing nutrition habits. We will then work together to set small actions and tasks for you to try implementing. During the coaching programme, we will continually review, adapt and implement new actions all the whilst working towards your goals.
How long is the coaching programme?
There is no minimum term to coaching but I do encourage clients to commit at least 3 months. In my experience, this is the minimum amount of time to implement habit changes and see results. My approach at Bee Wild is to build sustainable, lifelong habits that you can maintain on your own.
How do we communicate?
I offer bi-weekly video calls with my clients throughout the coaching programme. During these calls we review progress, set new goals and refine habits. I am available via Whatsapp (during working hours) to answer any questions, provide accountability and offer any additional support needed.
Do you provide meal plans?
I do not create meal plans as I work individually with clients to be able to create their own sustainable, healthy eating pattern through meals and snacks.
Will I have to track calories?
I don't advocate tracking calories. If it's right for you, it maybe something we implement for short periods to help bring awareness to your current eating patterns. Ultimately I want my clients to be able implement behavior changes and eat intuitively by tuning into how your body is feeling.
