Ingredients
3 Ripe bananas
2 eggs
160g rolled oats
80g maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp baking powder
50g dark chocolate chips


Method
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until combined into a think batter.
Pour the batter into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180C (Gas 4) for 35-40mins.
Leave to cool in the tin for 20 mins before enjoying!
